France International and Sevilla defender Jules Koundé has been heavily linked with a move to Chelsea this summer. As last month, it was reported that Jules Koundé was willing to join Chelsea, but the Blues were faced with difficulty signing the defender because of out of favour defender Kurt Zouma.
But since Zouma has finally agreed to join West Ham United this month, Chelsea could likely sign Jules Koundé before the end of the summer transfer window.
Aside from Jules Koundé, another player who has been heavily linked with a move to Chelsea this month is Atletico Madrid midfielder Saúl Ñíguez. According to Goal.com, Chelsea have been given the opportunity to sign the defensive midfielder and they could likely sign him on a loan deal if they aren't able to sign him on a permanent basis this summer.
With all the ongoing rumors about the transfer of Jules Koundé and Saúl Ñíguez to Chelsea, this is how they could potentially line up this season.
