All United's players performed above expectations but Luke Shaw went home with the man of the match award and we will find our why in this article.
The Englishman has been of one the club's top performers so far this season and he brought his A-game to the Derby as he was almost unplayable.
He had 49 touches of the ball with a 100% shot on target which resulted in a goal. He had 9 ball recoveries, 4 penalty area entries, 3 touches on the opposition's box and 3 attempted crosses.
He only made 1 tackle but kept 1 clean sheet and scored a wonderful goal with his left foot. The man of the match award was no less than he deserved.
