Arsenal played the final game of the Premier League today as they travelled to face Brighton at the AMEX Stadium on Saturday night. Both sides couldn't secure all three points from today's match as they settled for a goalless draw at full-time.
Well, here are the three things I observed from today's Premier League match involving Arsenal and Brighton.
1, Albert Sambi Lokonga Returns To Arsenal's Starting Lineup Against Brighton.
After sitting a few games on the bench for Arsenal this season, Albert Sambi Lokonga finally returned to the team's starting lineup to face Brighton today. The Belgian international had a brilliant performance in today's match as he played his position pretty well against Brighton.
2, Dull First Half Performance From Arsenal As Brighton Looked Brighter.
Arsenal displayed a dull performance in the first half of the match as they could barely create a goal threatening chance to find the back of the net. Brighton on the other hand had a brilliant first-half display as they made several attempts to break the deadlock. The Seagulls also enjoyed more the possession as they applied more pressure on Arsenal in the first half. However, the scoreline didn't change as both sides played a goalless draw at halftime.
3, Both Goalkeepers Weren't Beaten As They Played A Goalless Draw At Full-Time
Arsenal and Brighton had a few goalscoring chances in the match but couldn't capitalise on any of their chances as they settled for a disappointing goalless draw at full-time. Both goalkeepers kept a clean sheet from today's match as they weren't really troubled in goal by the attacking players.
