Ole should be given a benefit of the doubt and be allowed to build his team at least till the end of the 2021-2022 season. Manchester United's loss to Leicester City has made Man U fans cry out for the sack of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
As a young coach and one trying to do his best for the club, Ole should be given a little more chance to build his team and prove himself further. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took over from Jose Mourinho during Manchester United's hardest time and transformed the club into a winning team. During that period, he was able to finish in the top 4 and qualify for the Champions League competition.
Ole has made important signings, bringing in quality players like Ronaldo, Fernandes, Maguire, and Varane to the club. These are players that should be given the time to understand each other and Ole won't be able to organize this team if he is under the pressure of being sacked.
Though he has lost some important games like the Europa League final against Villarreal and just yesterday losing to Leicester city shouldn't be a criterion for him to be sacked as he has brought Man U far already.
The only thing that Ole needs to turn Man U into a formidable team is time and patience from the Man U board and fans just as in the case of Pep Guardiola at Manchester City and he should be granted that at least till the end of the season.
