Lots of football managers have been rated to be among the best coaches in the world today considering their respective contributions to their clubs. These managers have created lots of records in football history, especially in the top 5 European leagues.
There are several ways with which we can rate a football manager, and this will include the number of trophies won, and the number of points recorded in their respective football leagues. Considering the Participation of all these managers in their respective football leagues, lots of them have been rated to be among the managers to have recorded the most league points in the 21st century.
Thus, we will be looking at the managers who have recorded the most league points in the 21st century. This record will cut across the Top 5 European leagues; that is, Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, and Ligue 1.
Judging from the performance of all the club managers in the top 5 European leagues, below are the top 10 Managers who have recorded the highest number of league points from the year 2,000 till date:
1. Carlo Ancelotti - 1,434 points in 706 games
2. Arsene Wenger - 1,381 points in 702 games
3. Jose Mourinho - 1,194 points in 561 games
4. Sir Alex Ferguson - 1,132 points in 513 games
5. Pep Guardiola - 1,093 points in 453 games
6. Jurgen Klopp - 1,055 points in 569 games
7. Benitez - 1,013 points in 572 games
8. Puel - 1,008 points in 705 games
9. Ranieri - 998 points in 593 games
10. Pellegrini - 954 points in 550 games
This means that Ancelotti is the manager to have recorded the highest number of points in his league after he played 706 games in Real Madrid.
Despite being a retired manager, no other manager has recorded more league points than Arsene Wenger apart from Ancelotti. This means that no other Premier League manager has been able to beat the record Arsene Wenger has created in the league; that is, the number of points he recorded.
