UEFA Champions League

3 Dortmund Players Potter Should Be Wary Of As Chelsea Prepares For A Comeback

Chelsea is set to return to action against Borussia Dortmund in the UEFA Champions League round of the 16-second leg at Stamford Bridge. The Blues will be desperate to avoid what happened in the first leg to repeat itself, with Adeyemi taking Enzo Fernandez on to score a beautiful solo goal at Signal Iduna Park. Chelsea boss Graham Potter is expected to produce a stunning comeback against the Bundesliga giant who is currently in a good run of form.

That will be a very hard task to ask of a manager who just won a game in his last six in all competitions. The Leeds United 1-0 win was Graham Potter's second in 12 games. However Potter could prepare his team for a comeback, but here are three Dortmund players he should be wary of.

Haller, Brandt, and Jude Bellingham. These three players are Dortmund's heatmen who could batter Chelsea's defense if care is not taken. Thiago Silva took it as a personal job to mark Haller out of the yard box, which he did very well.

Thiago is currently sidelined and Chelsea's inability to register Benoit in the Champions League leaves Fofana and Koulibaly as the only option to keep out Dortmund dangerous men. Graham Potter needs to devise a strategy that will be used to stop this trio, and failure to do that will result in Chelsea losing in front of their fans.

What do you think about the clash? Can Chelsea produce a stunning comeback to knock out the Bundesliga giant who is currently in an impressive run of form this season?
