James Rodriguez is predicted to depart Real Madrid this summer after failure to rejoin the Los Blancos.
But If James Rodriguez leaves Real Madrid, it is certain he will be welcomed at Atletico Madrid.
According to report from Football-talk.co.uk, Manchester United have shown interest in the Colombian professional footballer and also have held initial talks over a deal worth of £22.4m to sign the South American. But a move to the English Football will not be rejected.
James Rodriguez have been a loan spell with Bayern Munich since 2017 but was sent back to the Bernandeu after Bayern rejected the chance to sign him on a permanent basis.
Meanwhile, Rodriguez has failed to force his way back into Zinedine Zidane’s first team plans this season.
Rodriguez could be tempted to join Atletico Madrid because of his huge fans and an excellent new stadium. However, Restrepo will be happy seeing Rodriguez play in the first team and on a regular basis.
