Latest Done Deals in Europe and Transfer Updates on Osimhen, Willian, Arsenal, Barca, and More

Happy new week friends - here are the latest done deals in Europe and transfer gists from the camp of Arsenal, Barcelona, Chelsea, Manchester City, and other clubs.


1. Fabian Luzzi 

Barcelona have beaten Real Madrid to the signing of highly-rated Rayo Vallecano youngster Fabian Luzzi.

The 16-year-old Spaniard, who signed a three-year contract will feature for the Juvenil A team next season.

Another Rayo Vallecano youngster Barcelona are monitoring is centre-back, Martin Pascual.

2. Philip Azango 

Nigeria forward Philip Azango has returned to AS Trencin after a disappointing spell with Belgian club KAA Gent. 

The 23-year-old left-winger scored six goals and provided four assists in 34 games during his first spell with Trencin. 

3. David Lomban

Malaga have renewed the contract of defender David Lomban after they secured their stay in La Liga. 

The former Barcelona B defender is the current captain of Malaga and scored three goals in 26 La Liga appearances this season. 

4. Marvin Rittmuller

German club FC Heidenheim have completed the signing of 21-year-old right-back Marvin Rittmuller on a free transfer.

Heidenheim marginally lost the chance of playing in the Bundesliga next season, having lost on the away goals rule to Werder Bremen during the promotion-relegation play-offs in Germany.

5. Benoit Poulain

France centre-back Benoit Poulain has joined Belgian club KAS Eupen as a free agent six months after leaving Turkish side Kayserispor.

6. Tim Matavz

Former PSV and Genoa striker Tim Matavz has joined AlWahda FC, a club in the UAE.

7. Orlando Berrio

Columbia striker Orlando Berrio has joined Khor Fakkan as a free agent, having left Brazilian club Flamengo. 



Nigel Pearson has been sacked as Watford manager and Hayden Mullins will take interim charge for the final two games of the season. 

Meanwhile, Alan Pardew, Chris Hughton, Claude Puel and former Watford manager Walter Mazzarri are the early contenders for a permanent position.


Former Bayern Munich manager Niko Kovac will be Monaco's next coach after he signed a 3-year deal. 


1. Lautaro Martinez and Patrick Kluivert (Barcelona)

Lautaro Martinez is willing to reject other offers and stay at Inter Milan for an extra year if Barcelona can't secure his signature this summer.

Meanwhile, Barcelona have denied reports that Patrick Kluivert will be the next manager of the club.

2. Mario Gotze (Sevilla)

Spanish side Sevilla are the favourite to land World Cup winning Mario Goetze after he left Borussia Dortmund. Atletico Madrid, Fiorentina Monaco, and Nice are also interested.

3. Victor Osimhen (Napoli)

The Nigerian striker is edging closer to a move to Napoli, having passed his medical.

The 21-year-old is set to sign a six-year deal.

4. Diego Perotti (Roma)

The AS Roma winger is close to securing a move to Saudi Arabian club Al-Shabab, having agreed personal terms.

5. Emiliano Martinez (Arsenal)

Arsenal goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez has been offered a two-year contract extension at the Emirates after impressing since Bernd Leno got injured.

The Argentina international has kept four clean sheets in nine games since the restart.

6. Ferran Torres and Jose Gimenez (Man City)

Manchester City will have to pay Valencia close to £40m if they are to sign Ferran Torres this summer.

The Spaniard has agreed personal terms with the Citizens. City are also interested in Atletico Madrid centre-back Jose Jimenez.

7. Douglas Costa (Juventus)

Juventus are open to letting Brazilian winger Douglas Costa leave the club in order to fund a move for a striker.

Juve have been linked with Duvan Zapata of Atlanta, Roma's Edin Dzeko, Raul Jimenez of Wolves and Napoli's Arkadiusz Milik as their search for a striker continues.

Meanwhile, Man City, Man United and PSG are interested in Costa.

8. Edinson Cavani (Benfica)

Benfica have entered the race for the signing of free agent Edinson Cavani after his contract at PSG expired this summer.

New Benfica coach Jorge Jesus is looking at making him his first signing. Atletico Madrid and Roma are also interested in the Uruguayan.

9. Diego Carlos 

Sevilla are willing to sell defender Diego Carlos for the right price amid interest from Premier League clubs Liverpool, Man City and Tottenham.

The 27-year-old Brazilian, who has scored two goals in 34 La Liga appearances this season has a €75m release clause.

10. Willian (Chelsea)

Brazilian winger Willian says he would like to remain at Chelsea, but wants a three-year deal.

Willian, 31, whose contract expires this summer has reportedly been offered a two-year contract to remain at Stamford Bridge.
