Goalkeeper in Ecuador receives red card for urinating

According to local media reports,an uncultured goalkeeper identified as Joaquin Pucheta was slammed a red card in Ecuador’s Serie A after he was spotted urinating behind his goal as his club, Macara, beat last-place Orense by 1-0.

An online newspaper identified as Primicias revealed that Joaquin Pucheta went behind the advertising boards and released his jet of urine while the ball was in the opposition side.

Meanwhile,it was stated that at that particular moment, Orense players and management called the attention of the referee, Roberto Sanchez, who was so disappointed that he handed a red card to the goalkeeper.

However, television footage only revealed the moment the Argentine got dismissed in second-half stoppage time.

Moreover,in its online edition, newspaper El Comercio disclosed that the goalkeeper was shown the way out for "unsporting behaviour."

In order to keep his team in the game ,Midfielder Segundo Portocarrero, the team's scorer had to stand in the goal for the remaining seconds of the match.

The goalie, Pucheta, may be suspended for 3 to 6 months, according to Ecuadorian league rules and regulations.

In my opinion,I think the erring goalie should be taken to a medical facility for psychological and emotional reevaluation for such a shocking and disgusting conduct.
