How Chelsea Is Already Suffering From Their Inability To Qualify For The UCL

Chelsea aren't going to play in any European tournament next season because the West London club has done a botched job in this season. The West London club has been terrible all season as they went through 4 different Head Coaches.

Missing out of the UEFA Champions League is going to cost Chelsea some revenues as the West London club won't be able to get any money from all those middle of the week European night games and they certainly won't be expecting anything from UEFA.

Losing money is going to be a major concern for Chelsea next season as they will have to worry about Financial fair play sanctions.

However, the West London doesn't need to wait till the end of this season before they started feeling the drastic impact of not qualifying for the UEFA Champions League this season.

According to Sky Sports Football, West Ham United is ready to sell English Midfielder Declan Rice in the summer but, there's a catch. The first catch is that the Club must be willing to pay £120million and it must also be a Club playing in the UEFA Champions League.

Chelsea currently needs to get a Defensive Midfielder next summer so that they can get the best From Enzo Fernandez, and Declan Rice has been named as one of the preferred candidates.

Of course, Chelsea has to worry about Declan Rice's price tag because £120million is too much for a Player that has just a year left on his current contract but, the bigger concern is that Chelsea is already behind in that race.

The West London club, alongside Manchester City, Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United are all interested in signing Declan Rice but, the blues aren't playing in the UEFA Champions League next season, which means that West Ham United might not sell Declan Rice to Chelsea even if the West London club has the money.
