Very Funny Way Parma Punishes Its Losing Team in a Training Session

An extremely hilarious news post was reported by MARCA today involving the strange manner in which Italian Serie B club side, Parma handles its players during the training session.

Parma was once a big Serie A side few years back and paraded the likes of Faustino Asprilla, Luigi Apolloni, Sebastian Veron, Enrico Chiesa (Federico Chiesa's father), Tomas Brolin, Roberto Mussi, Gianluigi Buffon, Roberto Sensini, Lilian Thuram, Carlo Ancelotti, Gianfranco Zola, Antonio Benarrivo, Dino Baggio, Hernan Crespo, and World Cup and balon d'or winner, Fabio Cannavaro, to mention a few. The club also won the UEFA cup in 1999 defeating Marseille 3:0.

On the official social media handle of the club, the humorous manner of punishing their players who are on the losing side during training session was shared.

This Sunday (today), footage and pictures of players stooping in a line up with their face to the goalpost and backside to the winning side was posted. The winning team are to shoot the ball targeting the backsides of the losing team. A kind of making their backside the goal net.

The caption reads "the moment it is a Wild West for the losing team in today's face off."

It is a kind of punishment that will epitomise fun, humour, oddity, and outrage rolled into one for many who watch or read the news.

Probably it works for the players to compete more and give their best...

What do you think? Fun or outrageous?
