According to report today Chelsea have stepped up their interest in Juventus midfielder Federico Bernadeschi, and the signing of the midfielder could be used as part of a swap deal for their present midfielder Jorginho. The blues could meet with Juventus chief Fabio Paratici in few days time to discuss a possible move for the player transfer. Juventus explain that Chelsea are more interested in Bernadeschi in the last few hours of today and Juventus are predicting an incoming bid for the player.
The meeting between Paratici and Chelsea’s managers could take place in the next few days time and more likely Jorginho may end up as part of the deal.
Juventus manager Maurizio Sarri will want Chelsea midfielder, who he has worked with him at both Napoli and Chelsea, he will love his service to steer the wheel of his midfield, particularly if Miralem Pjanic make his moves to Barcelona. The two clubs will be proposing an exchange instead as that would help their budget and lower the overall price of the deal for Jorginho, with Chelsea looking for at least €40m for their star man.
Chelsea interest in the midfielder has risen considerably in the last few hours, so much so that new contacts are expected between both clubs soon.
Easiest way to get a deal done is for the two clubs to make an exchange as the Coronavirus crisis has make finances of clubs around Europe particularly hard.
