The Real Madrid midfielder has been on a season-long loan with the Gunners and become a regular in the side under Mikel Arteta.

Ceballos has been in-form for the gunners since the resumption of the league, and has been one of Arsenal best player.
Ceballos scored the winning goal against Sheffield united in the FA cup and also was impressive in the win over Mancity in the FA cup at Wembley, and will also be looking to win a silverware with Arsenal if they should win Chelsea in the final of the FA cup.
Ceballos has expressed a desire to return to Madrid and fight for his place but his relationship with Zinedine Zidane is tense and the chance of a future at the Bernabeu, while the French coach remains in charge, is slim.
Arteta wants Ceballos to stay at Arsenal next season and propbably renew his loan deal.
And El Confidencial says Ceballos wants to stay another season at Arsenal and will speak with Real president Florentino Perez in a bid to convince him.
