Latest Done Deals in Europe and Transfer Update from Arsenal, Chelsea, Barca, Liverpool, and Others

Happy Sunday folks - here are the latest done deals in Europe and transfer gists from the camp of Arsenal, Chelsea, Barcelona, Manchester City, Man United, Real Madrid, and other clubs.

DONE DEALS 

Ernest Odinaka

Former Team360 FC attacker Joel Ernest Odinaka Obi has completed his move to Ittihad Kalba. 

Odinaka, 20, will be hoping to fire the Middle East club to success as they challenge in the Arabian Gulf Cup and League.

Sebastian Mai 

German defender Sebastian Mai has rejoined Dynamo Dresden from Hallescher, seven years after leaving the club.

The 26-year-old, whose younger brother plays for Bayern Munich signed a two-year deal.

Julian Begue 

French club Le Mans have signed striker Julian Begue after he caught the eyes of the club during trials.

The 26-year-old joined on a free transfer after his contract with Romanian club Astra Giorgiu expired in June.

ARSENAL

Joelson Fernandes 

Arsenal are amongst the teams that have made enquiry about highly-rated Sporting Lisbon forward Joelson Fernandes.

The 17-year-old has a £40m release clause and he's being monitored by Barcelona and Juventus. His style of play has also been likened to that of Cristiano Ronaldo.

Santi Cazorla

There have been reports that former Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla could return to the club in a coaching capacity after Villarreal confirmed that he will be leaving this summer.

Cazorla's contract with the Yellow Submarines expires this summer and has attracted interest from Turkish club Besiktas and Al Sadd, which is managed by Barcelona legend Xavi.

Alexandre Lacazette 

The Frenchman is believed to be open to joining Juventus, despite manager Mikel Arteta saying he would like to keep him after the 2-0 win over Manchester City.

Lacazette moved to the Emirates from Lyon in 2017 for a then club-record £55m but has struggled this season - with youngsters Eddie Nketiah and Gabriel Martinelli starting ahead of him in some games.

Philippe Coutinho and Guendouzi

Arsenal and Barcelona are believed to be in talks over a possible deal that will see Philippe Coutinho and Matteo Guendouzi swap clubs.

Guendouzi has been exiled from the Arsenal first-team after the game against Brighton in June, while Coutinho is surplus to requirements at the Camp Nou.

MANCHESTER UNITED 

Mason Greenwood

Mason Greenwood is set to be rewarded with a new deal, following his captivating showing this season

The 18-year-old, who currently earns £25k per week has been one of the revelations of the season, having scored 16 goals in all competitions.

Ismaila Sarr

Manchester United legend Gary Neville says Watford winger Ismaila Sarr has the qualities to play for the Red Devils.

The Senegal international famously scored a brace as Watford beat Liverpool 3-0 to end the Reds unbeaten run this season.

LIVERPOOL

Dejan Lovren 

Zenit St Petersburg are in talks with Liverpool over the signing of defender Dejan Lovren, who is set to leave Anfield this summer.

Lazio and Roma are the other clubs showing interest in the Croatia centre-back, who has not started a game since Liverpool were thrashed 3-0 by Watford in February. Liverpool want £15m for the out-of-favour defender.

Thiago Alcantara

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola says Liverpool target Thiago Alcantara will adapt to life in the Premier League.

They've been talks that the style of play of the Spaniard might not suit the Premier League, but Pep insists any player that has survived playing for Barcelona and Bayern Munich will thrive anywhere.

CHELSEA

Nicolas Tagliafico

Atletico Madrid and Leicester City are set to rival Chelsea for the signing of Ajax full-back Nicolas Tagliafico.

The 27-year-old has impressed in the Dutch league and Champions League in the last two seasons.

John Terry 

Chelsea legend John Terry is one of the front-runners to be named coach of Bristol City.

Terry is currently the assistant manager of Championship club Aston Villa.

MANCHESTER CITY

Diego Rosa

Manchester City are in talks with the representatives of Gremio midfielder Diego Rosa weeks after signing Brazilian full-back, Yan Couto.

Rosa, 17, was part of the Brazilian squad that won the 2019 U17 World Cup just like Couto.

Jose Jimenez

Manchester City are believed to have switched their attention to Atletico Madrid defender Jose Jimenez, with a move for Kalidou Koulibaly looking unlikely.

Gimenez, who has featured 20 times in La Liga this season has a deal until 2023 with the Rojiblancos.

BARCELONA 

Quique Setien and Messi 

Barcelona are not willing to sack coach Quique Setien before their Champions League clash against Napoli despite losing the La Liga title to Real Madrid.

Their La Liga loss has seen captain Lionel Messi criticise his tactics, with the Argentine claiming Napoli will eliminate them if they continue to play poorly.

REAL MADRID 

Reinier

Real Zaragoza, Real Sociedad, and Real Valladolid are the three Spanish clubs interested in signing Real Madrid youngster Reinier on loan.

Reinier, who was signed from Flamengo in January is one of the latest jewels to have emerged from Brazil in the last few years.

OTHERS

Bright Osayi-Samuel

Club Brugge have reportedly agreed a fee with QPR for the signing of Nigerian-descent Bright Osayi-Samuel

The 22-year-old is set to have his medicals soon in a deal worth about £5m.
