Arsenal football club are undoubtedly still the highest spenders in the Premier League this summer transfer window.
The North London club are keen on improving the current options available to manager Mikel Arteta and have splashed the cash to sign Nuno Tavares, Albert Sambi Lokonga, Aaron Ramsdale and Martin Odegaard this summer.
However, that has not quite worked out so far as they Gunners are rooted in 20th position on the Premier League table after losing their first three matches of the season against Brentford, Chelsea and Manchester City respectively.
Due to those disappointing results, Arsenal are keen on reevaluating their squad and having offloaded the likes of Lucas Torreira and William Saliba, it is believed that young winger Reiss Nelson is also on the verge of leaving.
The 21-year-old England International, who joined Arsenal when he was nine years old before signing his first professional contract in 2016 has been in and out of the first team squad ever since.
The young winger made just two appearances in the Premier League last season and if reports are anything to go by, he is leaving the Emirates stadium in search of regular first-team football elsewhere.
And according to reports from popular transfer expert Fabrizio Romano via his verified Twitter page, Reiss Nelson has caught the attention of Dutch club Feyernoord and they are now close to sealing a loan deal for him.
The reports further claimed that a loan deal till 2022 has been agreed and the highly-rated winger is currently on his way to Holland to complete the deal.
That said, the young Reiss Nelson will now aim to help his new team in their quest to challenge the likes of Ajax and PSV for the Eredivisie title this season.
He is now expected to make his debut when Feyernoord host Heracles in their fourth game of the season when the league resumes on September 12.
