England star reacts to Super Eagles star's statement after guiding his English club to a 6-0 win

Super Eagles assistance captain William Troost Ekong has reacted after inspiring Xisco led Watford football club of England to a 6-0 victory over Bristol City football club on Saturday evening, in the English Championship at Vicarage Road Stadium.

The former Udinese Calcio football club of Italy defender was on form of his life against the visitors, as he put in an outstanding performance for the home team, as they defeated their opponent convincingly.

The Nigerian international retained his starting role in coach Xisco's team, and he marked his impressive performance with a clean sheet for his team.

Goals from from Ken Sema (brace), Ismaila Sarr (brace), Will Hughes and substitute Philip Zinckernagel were enough to give the home team the deserved victory.

Reacting after inspiring his team to a 6-0 home victory, Super Eagles star William Troost Ekong posted on his verified Instagram handle that;

"6:0! Relentless team effort today, would have been great to have the fans here today! Onwards and upwards, focus on Tuesday."

Reacting to William Troost Ekong's statement, England goalkeeper Ben Foster and fans reacted by commenting to praise the Nigerian international for his excellent performance.
