Marcus Rashford's progress this season towards becoming the main man up front for Manchester United

The recent performance from Rashford has help push Manchester United to fight for a Champions League Place.

His 46-minutes finish against crystal palace last night - which put united ahead Just the break after slow start in South London - was his 17th Premier league goals of the season, that tally equals his total goals for the last two League Campaign combined.

Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has spoken before how he wanted Rashford to improve. When asked to compare Rashford with Cristiano Ronaldo in the past, The Norwegian pointed to a developed maturity in the multiple, Ballon d'or wiinner's game that has perhaps lacking in Rashford. But the Manchester United boss will have no complaints anymore with his composure, ability and skilled displayed.

Rashford who found himself at the centre of a media spotlight after his selfless campaigning during Lockdown. He was awarded a honourary Doctorate from the University of Manchester for his efforts. And while the focus may have been on his fundraising, he has also been displaying a similar maturity on the pitch.

His output has improved vastly under his Manager Solskjaer's tutelage and he has the confidence to try new things. His development is clear not just his finishing - but his over all contributions to the team performances.
