See fans reactions as Marcus Rashford tenders heartfelt apology after loss.

Marcus Rashford is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Premier League club Manchester United and the England national team. 

Manchester United saw their FA cup hopes dash the wall after Chelsea recorded a 3-1 win in the Wembley semi-final.

Rashford, who was part of the team that lost to the blues has taken to his Twitter handle to extend his heartfelt apology to fans of the club.

"There's no where to hide this morning, we just weren't good enough yesterday. I'm gutted. But we have to brush that off and prepare for 2 huge games this week. Your support is everything and we never take that for granted. We're going to need every single one of you behind us x" he tweeted.

From the tweet above above, you can notice the sincerity in the words of the English man. Not only is he sorry for their loss, he still solicits for more support from the fans in the remaining matches.

United fans have taken it up to him and responded to the apology and further request for support.

After Leicester lost to Jose Mourinho Tottenham Hotspurs, Manchester United are in a better chance to bounce back and faith for a Champions League spot next season.

United host West Ham at Old Trafford on Wednesday with a win huge for their top four hopes.

They then travel to Leicester in a week’s time to conclude their season. The fight for top four(4) is on, and United need to console their fans by winning their remaining League matches.
