Arsenal were held to a disappointing 1-1 draw by Burnley at the Turf Moor & here are the seven things we noticed in the fixture.
2. Arsenal Takes An Early Lead Through Aubameyang!.
A nice build up play from Arsenal see's Partey & Luiz combine from the back, before a pass is rolled through for Willian, the Brazilian International drives the ball a few inches forward before laying it to Pierre Emerick Aubameyang who then does well to beat Lowton nicely before sending a powerful low shot into the bottom left corner of the net to give the Gunners the 1-0 lead in the 6th minute.
3. Saka Misses A Great Chance From Close Range.
Bukayo Saka came close to getting Arsenal's second goal in the first 45 minutes of the fixture as he poked the ball from close range but his effort sailed off wide the post.
5. Wood Equalises For Burnley From An Arsenal Error.
Arsenal tries to play out from the back slowly, Mari passes to Leno who also drops the ball to Granit Xhaka, the Swiss International tries to raise it over Wood to the next player but he doesn't quite gets the effort on the ball as intended, with the ball hitting Wood & bouncing into an open net. What an error!.
6. Referee Awards Pieters A Red Card & Arsenal A Penalty Which Later Gets Revoked.
Arsenal almost steals the win with a controversial penalty & red card but after a VAR review both decisions were revoked.
7. Full Time 1-1, As Arsenal Forfeits Three Points.
