EPL: Two Fixtures In November That Could See Man United Drop More Points In The League

Manchester United were thrashed 5-0 by Liverpool at Old Trafford on Sunday evening. This means that the red devils have not recorded a win in their last four Premier league fixtures. They are currently placed 7th on the table, and their next couple of matches in November poses to be a challenging one for them.

Although Ole Gunnar's job is already at risk, he has to perform impressively in upcoming games to stand a chance of salvaging it. In this article, we are going to look at two (2) Manchester United's EPL fixtures in November that could see them drop more points in the league.

1. Manchester United Vs Manchester City

Pep Guardiola's City are currently placed 3rd on the Premier League table after claiming 20 points from 9 matches played. They are currently the reigning champions, and also stand as one of the favourites to win the title this season.

Since Pep took over Man City in July 2016, he has built a formidable squad that has proven to be a force to be reckoned with in the whole of Europe. Manchester United will be squaring up against them on Saturday 6th of November, 2021 at Old Trafford, and this will be a great test for Ole Gunnar and his men.

2. Chelsea Vs Manchester United

This fixture will be taking place on the 28th of November, 2021 at the Stamford Bridge. Chelsea currently occupy the top spot on the league table, and are currently the reigning Champions of Europe, rejuvenated under the leadership of Thomas Tuchel.

With the Blues having the home advantage in this game, it will be a very difficult challenge for Solskjaer who is looking to put his side back on track in the race for the Premier League title.

Do you think Manchester United will be able to secure wins in these two games?
