Final EPL table after all games played today as Chelsea & Man united both fumble in title race

Lets take a look at the English Premier league table after Saturday's matches.

Chelsea vs Manchester city

Chelsea fell to their first defeat of the league season when they hosted Manchester city at the Stamford bridge staduim on Saturday afternoon.

The blues were unable to contain Pep Guardiola's men who were much more dominant on the ball with Brazilian striker Gabriel Jesus scoring the decisive goal of the game in the 53rd minute as the blues suffered a disappointing loss in front of their own fans.

Manchester united vs Aston Villa

Aston Villa inflicted more misery on Ole Gunner Solskjaer's Manchester united side when both teams clashed at Old trafford in an early kick off on Saturday afternoon.

United missed a couple of chances to put themselves ahead in the game and they were left to regret those misses when Aston Villa scored from a corner kick late in the game. Bruno Fernandes also missed a decisive a spot kick which could have earned his side a point deep into injury time.

Brentford vs Liverpool

Liverpool continued their unbeaten start to the season when they traveled to face premier league new comers Brentford in a tricky away fixture.

The game would end in a 3-3 scoreline as goals from Diogo Jota, Mohammed Salah and Curtis Jones was canceled out by strikes from Ethan Pinnock, Vitaly Janelt and Yoane Wissa.

Liverpool overtake Chelsea who drop to 3rd place on the EPL table after the blues defeat against Manchester city who are now second on the log. Manchester united are 4th on the table while Meyerside club Everton complete the top 5.
