African soccer Queen Oshoala scores twice to lead Barcelona to first Super Cup glory

Nigerian forward Asisat Oshoala scored two goals and assisted another one as Barcelona Femini thrashed Real Sociedad 10-1 to win the maiden Spanish women’s Super Cup on Sunday.

Oshoala notched Barcelona’s fourth goal in the 34th minute and assisted Alexia Putella who scored the fourth goal a minute before half time break.

Oshoala later completed her brace in the 51 minutes of the game as she won her first title with the Club.

Oshoala however becomes the first Nigerian lady to win title in the Spanish league and she was also the first African to score in the Women's Champions league.
