Manchester United equals Arsenal's UCL record in their 3-2 dramatic comeback win against Atalanta

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer led Manchester United team were in action yesterday in their third game of the UEFA champions league Group F ties against Atalanta at the Old Trafford.

The host of the night emerged the victor at full time after coming from behind to overturn two goals deficit and as a result sealed the whole three points of the night that placed them at the top of the table.

Goals from Mario Pasalic and Merih Demiral gave the visitor a double lead over United going into the half time break before the host were able to give their all in the second half and as such outsmarted the Italian Serie A giant.

The tempo of the got heated up in the second half after Marcus Rashford and Harry Maguire's goal cancelled out the first two goals conceded to make it 2-2.

When all hope was initially lost, Cristiano Ronaldo in the late minute to the end of the game scored a brilliant header to seal the victory of the night for the Red Devils as it ended three goals to two at full time.

Manchester United with the dramatic comeback win have now won a Champions League game from 2 or more goals down for the third time, no side has done more often in the competition's history (Arsenal also 3).

The Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side will now be hoping to keep the winning momentum and good fighting spirit going in their next fixture, so as to keep their pursuit going in the competition as they currently top the table with 6 points in 3 games played.
