Having drawn goalless in their first meeting at Old Trafford, many will be expecting more the same. But I guess this will be a different ball game as the Chelsea of today is quite well organised and drilled than the one that played in the first leg. More so, Manchester United have not been in that form that saw them top the league in November. Nevertheless, here are 3 things to expect when they clashes on Sunday.
1. When Chelsea and manchester united meet there is bound to be goals. But I see less goals in this tie. As both teams will be hoping to not lose. So expect defensive solidity by both teams. As such, there will be less goals conceded in this tie.
2. A win in this tie will be crucial to either teams. As Chelsea hope of clinching top 4 will be boosted. Man Utd on the other hand, are seeking to win their first ever EPL trophy after 7yrs of waiting. A win will only give them more confidence to expect. Being 10 points behind league leaders, Manchester City. So though it is going to be a tight and tough match, expect a win for any of the team.
