Flamengo’s club chief admits they are patiently targeting Chelsea player

Kenedy is attracting interest from Europe and Brazil, and Brazilian giants Flamengo are currently targeting the Chelsea man.

According to UOL Esporte, Flamengo’s club chief Marcos Braz has admitted that Kenedy is among the players from big European clubs that they are targeting, but he revealed that they have to be patient in the deal.

Kenedy has been a Chelsea player since signing as a buzzing teenager from Fluminense back in 2015.

Fans getting upset some of the youngsters are being sold. Most will never reach the level required to be a regular at CFC. Backup roles can be filled, but most of these youngsters want to play regularly which makes it difficult to hold onto them.

There’s no players we’d say Chelsea100% “regret” getting rid of or letting go. But there’s only like 2-3 that Chelsea'd probably like to have, Musiala, Rice and probably Lamptey.

If the youngsters want to stay and fight for their place great, if they want to move on then Chelsea get some money for them. It’s that simple.
