Instead Of Sticking With Solskjaer, Here Are 4 Top Quality Coaches Man Utd Should Appoint In January

Since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer became Man United manager in December of 2018 the red devil's are yet to win a major silverware, the situation is even more serious giving that he has received way more backing from the management of the club than his predecessor Jose Mourinho did.

This summer the clubs hierarchy backed him in the transfer market as three top quality players were signed, Cristiano Ronaldo, Jadon Sancho and Raphael Varane were all signed this summer in a bid to boost Man United's chances of winning a major silverware, but despite the huge investments, things aren't looking too good for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's men.

Their results have been shabby, as they lost their first Champions League game to Young Boys, their next game was against West Ham in the Premier League and they narrowly won 2-1, their latest outing saw them lose to West Ham, despite the huge squad depth and new signings Man United don't seem to be ready for a major title challenge.

In my opinion, they have the right squad and players to challenge for Silverware, what they are missing is the right manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer doesn't seem to be the right man and his team selection against West Ham yesterday made that very evident.

Ahead of January, Manchester United should start considering the possibility of replicating Chelsea's move last season when they sacked Lampard and appointed Thomas Tuchel.

The move worked for Chelsea and it can as well be great for Man United, but first they have to appoint the right manager, here is a list of four top quality managers Man United can appoint by January.

1. Zinedine Zidane

Since quitting his job at Real Madrid, The French manager has been without a job, he three consecutive Champions League titles with Real Madrid and with the talented squad at Man United he can easily win consecutive silverware at Old Trafford.

2. Antonio Conte

The Italian manager has been a serial winner with Chelsea and Inter Milan, he is currently without a job and there is little doubt he will turn this Man United squad into title winners.

3. Luis Enrique.

Another top manager that won the treble with Barcelona, with Cristiano Ronaldo, Fernandes, and Paul Pogba, Enrique could replicate his Barcelona successes with Man United.

4. Brendan Rodgers

Another manager that has been making waves is Brendan Rodgers, his work with Leicester City has been really great despite working with average players, with a squad like the one Man United has, he can go on to win the Premier League and UCL.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been given time to deliver, it's time he moves on.
