A further two Real Madrid stars have sustained injuries in the build up to next week's Uefa Champions League semi final showdown. The new two injuries takes the number of Real players that could miss the crucial to a total of six with manager Zidane sweating over the fitness of some other stars.
According to Spanish outlet Marca, the duo of Lucas Vazquez and midfielder Federico Valverde could also miss the game after picking up injuries. This comes after the likes of club captain Sergio Ramos, Toni Kroos, Ferland Mendy, as well as one time Balon D'or winner Luca Modric have in recent times been reported to likely miss the crucial tie.
The duo of Toni Kroos and Luca Modric have both missed Real Madrid's last two games with an abductor and back injuries respectively. The latest news would come as a blow to Zidane who is hoping to win his fourth Champions league trophy as Real Madrid manager. Chelsea on the other hand have a relatively fully fit squad to choose from.
