Opinion: Ronaldo Should Try And Emulate What Messi Did Against Man City

It's logical that humility always breeds, shapes, and sustains greatness. Leo Messi, a six-times Ballon d'Or winner wearing jersey number 30 did something remarkable and worthy of emulation today which other successful footballers like Cristiano Ronaldo should emulate.

Fortunately, Messi opened his PSG's account today after scoring the second goal in their 2-0 win over Manchester City to go on top of UCL's group A table.

In terms of ball possession, Manchester City dominated and they also had more shots (18) than PSG (6), just that the French side were more clinical than the Premier League Champions.

Idrissa Gueye gave PSG the lead in the first half before Messi doubled the lead in the second half which was enough for Pochettino men to register their first UCL win of the season.

So, in the stoppage time of the game, Manchester City got a free-kick in a dangerous position, and Leo Messi laid behind the wall to prevent a low free-kick strike which was something that gave supporters around the world goosebumps. Because it was an amazing scene to see a player who has achieved a lot in his career do that kind of stuff.

However, the free-kick was parried by Gianguili Donnaruma and PSG won the game.

Therefore, don't you also think Ronaldo Should emulate what Messi did today?
