If you are using an Android phone, you need to do these things to recover your phone if stolen

At one point in time many people have experience this, a situation where they misplaced their phone or it was stolen. This can be a very sad experience, especially when you have vital information on the phone.

Have been a victim of this, my new Samsung phone was stolen and I couldn't do anything about because I didn't have the knowledge of this information I'm about to share with you before. My phone got away like that. The truth is there are some things we can do and we will get our stolen or lost phone back.

When I got a new phone, I decided to research on how I can find my phone if stolen and that was how I came about this useful tip I'm about to share.

But before then, Please 🙏 if you are not yet a follower of my account please kindly Follow my account for more interesting update on technology.

Now over to the tip.

For every Android phone, it comes with a number called IMEI address(15 digit number) , the IMEI means International Mobile Equipment Identification. It is a unique number and it is meant only for your phone, never disclose this IMEI address to anyone. You can also find this address at the back of the container of your phone.

To check this IMEI address, dial *#06# on your android phone an d you will see the address, copy and save It somewhere.

So the IMEI is all you need to find your lost phone, even if your sim was removed, you can still find the phone.

All you need to do is to take it to a nearest police station and give it to them. In my next article I will be talking about how you can use this IMEI number to track your phone.

Please ensure you click the like button, follow and share with your friends.
