The most haunting death is the one we use our mouth to bring for ourselves. No one knows the hour, day or when we are going to meet our maker but for one Miss Sandra Chinenye Obioha Ihekweremme, what she wrote two months ago as a joke had become a sad reality.
Sandra Chinenye Obioha Ihekwereme wrote on Facebook on April 4: "If I die in this lockdown no need for autopsy. Na yam and red oil and garri with salt kill me."
She was 22 years old before her death which has shocked her friends who couldn't believe she'd gone and they've been sharing her April's post.
We should be careful about the words that come out of your mouth because they're powerful (even what you text about yourself is powerful). Always speak positives to yourself, if someone in order to be surrounded by grace and mercy. Even when some speaks negatives to you, counter it with positives from your mouth.
Your thoughts, imaginations, words of your mouth and everything you do with your body shouldn't be used lightly or carelessly.
The late Sandra's post might have been done for jokes but she had died while the country is still on gradual ease of lockdown.
Rest in peace Miss Sandra, you left the world when your life was just starting.
