Reactions trailed after Microsoft disclosed via their official Twitter handle that they'll be partnering with Nigeria.
The Microsoft Corporation is an American multinational technology company which develops, manufactures, licenses, supports, and sells computer software, consumer electronics, personal computers, and related services.
Microsoft which was considered one of the Big Five companies in the U.S. information technology industry, made it known that they are partnering with the Government of Nigeria to accelerate the nation’s efforts in becoming a more digital economy.

However following the update, the president of Microsoft, Bradford Smith also took took his Twitter handle to quote the tweet.
"We believe in the future of Nigeria. That's why we’re embarking on a series of investments in Nigeria to put tech to work, create jobs, and foster the technology ecosystem across the country."
Bradford Lee Smith is an American attorney and technology executive currently serving as President of Microsoft, concurrently serving as chief legal officer.
However, the tweet by Bradford Smith caused mixed reactions among users on the social media platform.
