1. Riyad Mahrez.
Man City's Mahrez was undoubtedly the best player on the pitch against Paris Saint Germain today. The Algerian international was a thorn in the flesh of PSG's Nuno Mendes all through the first half. Mahrez created a few goalscoring chances for Man City but the PSG goalkeeper did well to deny him on a couple of occasions.
2. Raheem Sterling.
Sterling was back to his old self against Paris Saint Germain today at the Etihad stadium. The Englishman was running past defenders like they weren't there and his excellent hold-up play helped his team retain the ball possession. He also got a goal.
3. Kylian Mbappe.
Kylian Mbappe is perhaps the only positive for PSG from their game against Manchester City today. The French youngster got the first goal of the game for PSG and he also had a very good game against Pep Guardiola's side.
1. Achraf Hakimi.
Hakimi had a tough time against City's Cancelo down that right flank for PSG. He was caught out of position a few times and his end product was poor.
2. John Stones.
John Stones might be on the winning side in today's game, but his overall performance was not the best. He made a couple of errors in the game and had to rely on Dias to help him put each time it looked like PSG players surrounded him.
The Brazilian had a quiet game against Manchester city today at the Etihad stadium. He did not track back to help his team defensively and he also gave the ball away a few times.
