PSG 2-1 ANG: Two Players Responsible For PSG's Victory Against Angers In Today's Match

PSG regained their winning form as they defeated the Angers at the Parc des Princes to a 2- 1 victory, extending their unbeaten run to 22 Ligue 1 games against the team.

Even with PSG having more ball possession, it counted for nothing in the first half of the match as the Visitors held them to a tight spot. The breakthrough came for Angers when Angelo Fulgini scored in the 36th minute to put them ahead at halftime with a 1-0 lead.

PSG returned in the 2nd half for a sweet comeback as they left no open space for the Angers to drive them up the wall. Danilo Pereira came through with an equalizing goal for PSG in the 69th minute to change the scoreline to 1-1. Kylian Mbappe scored a penalty in the 87th minute of the game to make PSG win the match as full-time ended in 2-1 in favour of the host.

PSG gained three points to extend their lead on the Ligue 1 table with 27 points.
