Gombe State is divided into 11 Local Government Areas and shares boundaries with Borno State, Adamawa State, Taraba State and Bauchi State.

Kilang Hills: The Kilang Hills is located in Yamaltu Local Government Area of Gombe State and has been a huge tourist spot.
Bima Rock: The Bima Rocks is a gigantic located in Yamaltu Local Government Area of Gombe State.
Tangale Hill: The Tangale Hill is a Volcanic formed hill in the state which has turned out to be a huge tourist spot in the state.
Lake Dadin Kowa and Dam: The lake Dadin Kowa is a huge Dam which supplies water for irrigation during the dry seasons for agricultural purposes.
Tula Rocks and Cave: The Tula Rocks and Cave is located in Tula community in Kaltungo Local Government Area of Gombe State. These rocks and cave are historical to the people of people of community because if the role it played as a hiding place for Women, Children and Elders during the Ancient tribal wars.
Gombe State nicknamed "The Jewel in the Savannah" might not be the most beautiful tourist state in Nigeria, but there are many beautiful tourist spots in the state that worth's your tourist visit.
