1. The Ahmadu Bello Stadium
The Ahmadu Bello Stadium is a multipurpose stadium in Kaduna city. The stadium, which has a capacity of 16,000 people was designed by an English architects known as Jane Drew and Maxwell Fry.
People go there to watch Football games and other sports activities. The beautiful achitectural design made it an interesting place to go.
2. The Lugard Foot Bridge
The Lugard Footbridge - a pedestrian bridge located in Kaduna, the capital of Kaduna State, Nigeria. It was built by Sir Frederick Lugard in 1904 at Zungeru, the capital of the Northern Protectorate of Nigeria.
After the amalgamation of the Northern and Southern Protectorates, the bridge was reconstructed in 1920 after it was moved to Gamji Gate in Kaduna, which at the time served as the new Northern Headquarters.
On 16 February 1956, the National Commission for Museums and Monuments declared the footbridge a historic monument.
3. Kamuku National Park
Kamuku National Park was established in 1936. It was previously known as Native Authority's Forest Reserve.
In May 1999, the Kamuku National Park wаs upgraded frоm а state Game Reserve tо а National Park. The fascinating flat terrain of the park allows for easy viewing of wildlife and landscape.
4. Kajuru Castle
Kajuru Castle is an exclusive and luxurious total getaway built in an early medieval style at Kajuru village in the trade city of Kaduna, a major commercial hub in the northern part of Nigeria.
This gorgeous architectural masterpiece with breathtaking ambience is set upon elevated peaks with staggering views. Kajuru Castle is styled in a European and clearly German way with a baronial hall, complete with suits of armour.
The Castle has attracted visitors from different parts of the country. The beautiful environment and wonderful achitectural design make the Castle one of the top sights in Kaduna State.
5. Matsirga Waterfalls
Matsirga Waterfalls is situated a few kilometers from the old railway town of Kafanshan in Jema'a Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
This waterfall is a potential tourist attraction that has not been harnessed. Visitors hardly visit the water because the path that led to the waterfall is bushy.
However, despite the bushy path and dew-soaked grasses, the tranquil environment of Matsirga Waterfalls is breathtaking.
