The Nigerian Army has designed a prototype of an armoured tricycle, popularly known as Keke Napep, for combat operations against bandits and terrorists in the northern part of the country. Information given concerning the motorcycles is that, soldiers will be using them to fight bandits in some affected states in the northern region in order to reduce banditry and other illegal activities.
