Luke 1:37 says “For there is nothing that God cannot do” “Unique” means something different. In Genesis 1:1, God created the heavens and the earth and in Genesis 1:3, God did a unique miracle, He declared that “let there be light and there was light”. That word came when there was darkness and light came. One of the things you must experience in a divine encounter is light. In 1 Samuel 17:1-21, Goliath was threatening the people of Israel but God sent a small boy (David) to save them and God gave
GOD IS TOO FAITHFUL TO FAIL PART 1 God and His Word are one. John 1:1. The written Word and the Living God are One. The Living God is too faithful to fail just like the written Word cannot fail. The written word is settled for ever in heaven. The Bible says: “For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven. Thy faithfulness is unto all generations: thou hast established the earth, and it abideth.” – Psalm 119:89-90 The word of God is settled in heaven; God’s faithfulness transcends generations.
THE TONGUE According to Proverbs 18:21 life and death are in the power of the tongue. Spoken words are very important, 60percent of what you are today; are as the results of what you might have spoken about yourself. Words create and also destroy. So many destinies are maim as the results of negative pronouncements about themselves. . Many have also been raising to greatness as a result of what they have spoken about themselves. Millions of the children of Israel could not enter the promised Land because
I shall not go empty. To go empty signifies labour without reward; life without testimony, failure even when success seems imminent. Anyone that lives without testimony or labours without reward will definitely be frustrated. May you not be frustrated in life in Jesus name. By the experience and victory of the Israelites in Egypt, God in His infinite mercies has mapped out a way of escape from frustration and emptiness. If you are connected to God in any way with a track record of active service in the kingdom,
WAR AT THE EDGE OF BREAKTHROUGH Let us begin examining the subject at hand by looking at a statement Paul made in one of his letters to the Corinthian Christians: "For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries." 1 Cor. 16:9 Had Paul just said, "for a great door and effectual is opened unto me" and stopped, we would have every cause to jump and shout. However, notice how he continues: "and there are many adversaries." That's what I call War at the Edge of Breakthrough. The door
Power means “ability or opportunity to do something”. For example, you need power to lift a chair; without power you cannot carry it. When you suddenly have ability and opportunity to do something, that is power. If you don’t have financial muscle, you cannot do anything in life. When there is no financial muscle, even when opportunities come, you cannot do anything. The disciples had no power before but they gathered in the upper room and when the power came, they moved from zero level to hero.
Strength Under Control “A strong man is not the man who has the strength to fight but he who can control his anger.” I once believed that an anger not expressed is a show of weakness. But when I stumbled on the word of Jesus in Matthew 5:5, which says “Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.” And the book of Proverbs 16:32 which says “He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city.” Then I got the understanding
"Woe to those who are at ease in Zion and to those on the mountain of Samaria who are careless and feel secure". -Amos 6:1- A_COMFORT_PERIOD: is a time of peace, rest, relaxation and celebration after some activity exercise. A life of comfort is a good state of a living life every living soul on earth wants to live. With no doubt, God wishes His own people to live a comfort life according to (3 John 1:2, John 14:27, Jeremiah 29:11). As good as a comfort period is, so also as dangerous is it to every living
......Paying the price for graceful greatness. Price in this context is a costing experience or action to be undergone or done as a condition of achieving an objective. Graceful greatness on the other hand is the inbuilt quality of being above average; adorably famous or distinct. Please, please and please: don’t forget, there is a price to pay despite your prayers. Be disciplined, determined and bold to pay it. Bible says, ‘faith without work is dead’. You will not live an empty life in Jesus name!
