According to a report by Daily Post, the 2019 Ex-Presidential Candidate, High Chief Ambrose Albert Owuru has been slammed a fine of N40M by the Court of Appeal in Abuja for filing a suit to stop the inauguration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu on May 29. Justice Jamil Tukur who read the judgement said that Chief Ambrose Owuru embarked on gross abuse of court process by filling a frivolous suit against Tinubu, and ordered him to pay the fine of N10M each to President Buhari, the Attorney General of the Federation, INEC and Tinubu.
