Reports coming in from Borno State — North-East Nigeria indicate that Amir Abu Darda, Boko Haram’s commander in charge of Improvised Explosive Device (IED) and twenty (20) other IED experts have surrendered to the Nigerian Army. According to VANGUARD NIGERIA, Amir Abu Darda (Boko Haram Commander) who has been making IEDs for Nigeria’s most dreaded terror group and the 20 other experts surrendered with their sophisticated weapon and other incendiaries.
