An order banning the Atyap Community Development Association, a social and cultural organization in Kaduna state, has been signed by Governor Nasir El-Rufai. The Governor called the association an illegal society in a statement released on Sunday by his spokeswoman, Muyiwa Adekeye. The Atyap Community Development Association has organized itself into a Society that is hostile to the peace of the State, the government observed in the proscription order.
