In the statement made by the spokesman of the command SP Ahmed wakil on Friday in Bauchi said the suspects were arrested for committing the listed offences to include kidnapping, armed robbery,homicide,theft and conspiracy.

The rector of the Bauchi Poly., Yahaya Gumau made this known at the 98th meeting of the polytechnic’s governing council.

A statement released on Sunday said this was the decision of the institution's 98th board meeting on Saturday, led by its Chairman, Isaac Ogbobula. The dismissed lecturers are Musa Baba from the Department of General Studies, and Adebusoye Sunday from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics.
