It all happened on the 17th of January, 1996 when General Sani Abacha's first son, Ibrahim Abacha who was just 28 years and his friends were going to Kano from lagos for a party and family engagement in the Nigerian Air Force presidential Falcon jet in the company of 13 of his friends when just minutes to the landing at the Aminu Kano International Airport, the jet crashed and exploded mysteriously. In the plane with him was Bello Dangote; the younger brother to Aliko Dangote, his Yoruba girlfriend; funmi.
