The governor of Cross River State, Prof Ben Ayade has condemned the alleged riot act proposed by June 12 Protesters, and has warned residents not to engage on public procession on the democracy day. Another top Nigerian governor has defected to the ruling party as latest reports confirmed that Cross Rivers State Governor Ben Ayade dumped the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the All Progressives Congress (APC) on Thursday.
