BBC News Pidgin shared a video of an ambitious young Man who did not let his one hand stop him from enjoying his life. The young Man is identified as Dauda Sheidu and he is a vulcanizer in Okene, Kogi State. He normally repairs tyres, cars, wheel barrows, trailers and many more.
There are alot of individuals in the society that truly deserve help from the Government to make their lives better. Alot of people living with one disability or the other are determined to work hard and make money, all they need is just the right help from the Government.
The story of a vulcanizer with one hand shared by BBC News Pidgin on Facebook has attracted the attention of persons who have reacted to it. In the video shared by BBC News Pidgin, the vulcanizer identified himself as Dauda Sheidu and he hails from Kogi State. Narrating how he lost one of his hands, he stated that he learned vulcanizing while he was in secondary and due to lack of funds, he couldn't open his shop or buy equipment which was why he decided to start riding a motorcycle to raise funds for himself.
