A video has emerged showing an apprehended commander of the Eastern Security Network (ESN) identified as Shakiti pleading for mercy after he was nabbed by the Nigerian Security Operatives. The young man identified as Shakiti was heard crying and pleading to the Nigerian security operative who was interrogating him inside a vehicle.
