The federal polytechnic Oko, Anambra State claims that it's former student and house of Representative member Elect for Eket/Onna/Esit Eket/Ibeno Federal Constituency, Hon Okpolum Etteh is falsely accused of presenting forged certificate to the Independent National Electoral Commission and the Examination Certification Division of the Akwa Ibom ministry of education have faulted the claim.

According to a recent report by Vanguard News, it was reported that the Federal Government has directed the security officer to close the Federal Secretariat Complexes phases 1 to 3 and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from May 26 for the preparation of the inauguration of President-Elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu, which will take place on May 29.
