The Lagos Election Petition Tribunal has dismissed an application by Mr. Tunde Rhodes-Vivour, a former governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagos State, to consolidate his petition with that of the party. Rhodes-Vivour had filed a petition challenging the victory of Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, in the 2019 governorship election.
