EFCC staff Hussaini Abubakar sentenced to one year imprisonment for stealing

A former staff of the Economic and Financial Crime Commission Hussaina Abubakar has been sent to jailed for stealing. He was sentenced to one year imprisonment with N150,000 option of fine, for stealing. He was accused of "stealing a Lenevo S60-A (daul sim) worth N18,000 (Eighteen Thousand Naira), belonging to one Chuku Nelson Nyegam and thereby committed an offence." Abuja under tension as hundreds of herders migrate from Niger Republic

Some Abuja dwellers were in fear yesterday due to the migration of herders who took over the Abuja-Kaduna highway with hundreds of livestock including; cows, camels, sheep and donkeys.According to Vanguard, a vigilante leader in the said area, in the person of Hussaini Abubakar said; “some of them are from Niger Republic, and they said they were heading to Bauchi State.” He also said that the reason some people were afraid was because the herders were riding on motorcycles carrying women and children therefore, causing traffic around Tata Local Government Area.
