The Benin Republic Court, Cour D'Appel De Cotonou has ordered the release of Mrs Ropo Adeyemo, the wife of Popular Yoruba Nation activist, Chief Sunday Adeyemo known to all as Sunday Igboho after a hearing on Thursday. The National Chairman of Ilana Omo Odua, Prof Wale Adediran also confirmed her release.

Lagos state police command have released 47 out of the 48 Yoruba Nation agitators, who were arrested during the Yoruba Nation rally, held on July 3.
