In a recent video shared by @Instablog9ja, which has gone viral online, a young man has recently been arrested by the police for having a tattoo. Apparently it seems the young man with a tattoo has been living with a friend. The police officers who were reportedly from the anti-kidnapping squad in Ilorin, Kwara state, broke into their home after they saw him with tattoos.
